About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.selflovemu.com, operated by Evy Polish LLC, doing business as Self Love Beauty, New York, NY. By using this website you agree to them. Services are provided under a separate written agreement sent with your proposal; if these terms and your service agreement conflict, the service agreement controls.

Bookings, deposits, and payment

A date is reserved only when a signed agreement and the deposit stated in your proposal have been received. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, and final service counts cannot be reduced within six months of your date. Full terms are provided in writing before you sign.

Services and substitutions

Self Love Beauty is an agency. In the rare event your assigned artist becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency, we will provide a qualified replacement trained in our signature style; if we cannot, we will refund payments for the affected services.

Health and sensitivities

Please tell us about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your preview. We use professional cosmetics, but no product can be guaranteed allergen-free, and clients with known sensitivities may request a patch test at the preview.

Photography

With your permission, we may share photographs of our work on this website and social media. Permission is requested in your service agreement and you may decline or withdraw it at any time by emailing selflovemu@gmail.com.

Website content

All content on this website, including text and photography, belongs to Self Love Beauty or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Content is provided for general information and may change; packages and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Love Beauty's liability arising out of your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
